Keuka Lake
July 27, 2008Sunday, July 27, will meet at the Switzerland Inn
We want to be Riding by 10:30 AM
Ride from the Switzerland Inn to Hammondsport
then up the West Side of Keuka Lake,
and cross at Banchport over to Keuka Lake State Park.
Down to the tip of Bluff Point and back up over to Penn Yan.
(Swimming avaiable at the Park on Route 54 in Penn Yan)
Then South on the East Bank back to The Switz,
for Food, Fun & Festivaties
56 miles at a steady pace, with R&R at key rest Stops.
Bring 2 way radio if available ........
Carpooling will be available with hook-ups
at the Sunoco on Route 11 in Hallstead, PA at 7:30 AM
and at the McDonald's on Route 17 in Apalachin, NY at 8:00 AM
Directions to the Switzerland Inn
Take I-86 (old Route 17) West from Binghamton, NYto Exit 38 - Bath
Take Route 54 to Hammonsport and continue 9 Miles further
The Switz is then on the Left just past the Blinking Light.
(which is on the East Side of Keuka Lake)
